This is for clients who’ve completed Phase 1. We’ll have a talk about where you’d like to go from here. I’ll do a new fitness assessment to quantify your new level of strength, then adjust your program according to your new fitness level and your goals. I’ll make sure you’re pleased with your new program and then of course, you’ll get the same encouragement and accountability for another six weeks.
