for the mavericks of the world

We’re free spirits who’d rather think for ourselves than blindly follow popular opinion. We might not be among famous independent thinkers like Richard Branson, Steve Jobs and Jeff Bezos (yet), but together we *can* change our corner of the world.

We crave change and evolution. We know there’s a better way. Which means thinking waaay beyond *what everyone else is doing*.

We’re here to follow our own path, to break new ground.

It takes guts, but if you’re up for it, there’s nothing as rewarding as making a splash - your style, your way - and never looking back…

Why I Love what I do

When I work with you, I get to embark on a little adventure into the unknown. The explorer in me LOVES this. It’s like a psychological road trip.

My wheels spin in high gear as I hunt for the brilliance in you, and the ways you never thought to use it. When I'm analyzing, strategizing and designing, it's like there's a wild party going on inside my head and nothing will shut it down.

(Except maybe a good stiff glass of Paddy's {the best whisky EVER}. Shhh - I did not just type that out loud.)

I close my eyes to go to sleep at night, and there it is, on my mental screen. Ideas popping up like prairie dogs.

I used to think this was something I needed to fix. And then I realized... wait a minute. It happens because I love it that much.

Nice things we Probably have in common

  1. We want our work to make a difference. It's not just about money. {Although money is really nice.}

  2. You'd rather work with people who *get you*... who don't put you in a box. Conforming isn't your thing.

  3. This is a no judgment zone. Maybe you slip Grand Marnier into your coffee on Sunday mornings, but that's ok because I eat whole containers of Haagan Dazs in one sitting.

  4. We like pretty workspaces. And fancy notebooks. And wine bottles with gorgeous labels.

  5. We get restless if things get too status quo. Change is all part of the adventure. Bring it on babe.

Some random things that most people don't know about me

  1. If I won the lottery, I'd open a cat shelter. I'd build a wall to wall designer jungle gym and private suites for each cat.

  2. I've worked for myself almost my whole life, since age 18. I really don't like bosses. Or rules.

  3. When I was 37, I met a charming 26 year old, packed up my life and my business and moved to Ireland for him. Turned out Prince Charming had a few secrets. Spontaneity has its curveballs.

  4. I smuggled my cats through four European borders and the channel tunnel to Ireland. Highly illegal. But who would leave their cats in quarantine for six months (#@$%^ archaic law written in 1926!).

  5. I insist on work being fun. Otherwise, what's the point of being your own boss. I can help you with this : )

What does Quiet Lion mean?

It represents who I am. Calm on the outside, intense on the inside. Always watching, listening, on the hunt for something more.
